Our Doctor
Nishant S. Magar, MD
Dr. Magar grew up in Fairfax County and returned to the area after medical school. He is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and has a total of more than 12 years of clinical experience—including 3 years treating patients in Vienna and the surrounding area.
He takes pride in his work and the relationships he forms with his patients, and is known for his compassion and excellent bedside manner.

I already have good insurance — why would I pay on top of that?
Traditional practices are frequently complex organizations that require providers to see 20+ patients daily, spending less than 10 minutes with each patient. Members keep insurance for major or unexpected events, but our practice provides exceptional convenience and access, longer visits, and continuity that insurance companies simply don’t value.

Is this just concierge medicine by another name?
Although concierge practices charge a membership fee, they also bill insurance or patients for each office or virtual visit. That means that you have to select a doctor who is is in network or pay additional cash for each visit. Since we don’t charge extra fees for appointments, we can accept members of ANY insurance plan!

What if I require a more complex medical workup?
Patients should still maintain health insurance. When more complex care is needed, we will order the necessary diagnostic testing, provide specialist referrals, and help to determine when hospitalization is required.

What if I don’t use it enough to justify the cost?
Many patients find the value comes from easier access, peace of mind, and earlier care—not from counting visits.
